We manufacture according to samples, drawings or 3D coordinates. With our Hexagon 3D measuring systems, we can scan and reproduce bending constructions without CAD data in addition to precisely measuring and testing tubes.
The finished pipes are labeled according to your specifications (e.g. inkjet, laser), and the pipe ends can be pre-assembled or formed using all common methods on request. The cleaned pipes are delivered just-in-time as required, even on customer-specific pipe trolleys.

With its own service vehicles, the HBT Group is able to carry out a wide range of maintenance/repair work on your premises. For example, preventive maintenance of machines and systems in accordance with the BGR 237 regulation. In this context, we manufacture and install hydraulic hose lines directly on site on prototypes, test setups and breakdowns. The hydraulic service is available in the greater Hanover, Hildesheim, Salzgitter and Wolfsburg areas.
We check your hydraulic units for function and your hydraulic oil for contamination, carry out repairs, clean your oil using the bypass method or refill it and document this in accordance with ISO 4406 (Condition Monitoring). We also test your pressure accumulators in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU.
